I’m a huge fan of highlighters for adding a stunning radiant glow to my skin and I was out of this world excited when I received the new Poni Cosmetics Unicorn Champagne Highlighting Powder enabling me to write this Poni Cosmetics review for you.
I’m calling it! This Unicorn Champagne Highlighting Powder is one of the best highlighters I’ve ever tried and let me back up my call by telling you exactly why!
Unicorn sparkle, rainbows and sunshine, this is Unicorn Champagne! The best and fairest Highlighter in Unicorn Land! With an ombre pressed powder ranging from low shimmer champagne to high shimmer champagne it is sure to please all!
How amazing does that sound! Yes this Poni Unicorn highlighting powder is ombre, ranging from high shimmer at the back of the compact towards the hinge and low shimmer at the front near the opening.
My photo above unfortunately doesn’t show the full gorgeousness of the shimmer but because it demonstrates the contrast between the high and low shimmers I thought I’d share it anyway. The photo below shows the stunning shimmer a bit better.
If anyone has any tips for photographing shimmery swatches please do share them with me!
The high shimmer is perfect for nights out whilst the low shimmer is perfect for day time wear. Of course you can vary the shimmer in between these two by swirling your brush around the highlighter to create the degree of shimmer you desire!
How versatile a highlighter is that!
