I love using face masks not only to benefit and treat my skin but also for the relaxation me-time they provide so I thought I’d write an USPA review of one of my favourite mud masks.
Mud masks truly do restore and rejuvenate not only my skin but also my mind, especially this Uspa Deep Cleansing Mud Mask.
Uspa is an Australian skincare brand with more than 20 years experience in the spa and skincare industry.
It’s harmonious blends nurture the skin and the spirit, and are formulated to promote health, vitality and radiance.

USPA Review: Deep Cleansing Mud Mask
The Uspa Deep Cleansing Mud Mask with Mistletoe and Fennel Extracts is, as the name suggests, a deep cleansing mud mask designed to remove excess oils and impurities from congested skin types.
It is the complex herbal system of Mistletoe and Fennel Extracts that draws out the impurities and clean the pores to leave the skin fresh, radiant and supple.
The Bentonite Clay absorbs toxins and releases beneficial minerals into the skin.
In addition to the above detoxification process this mud mask also contains Chamomile and Yarrow to provide a soothing effect on the skin, contributing to a clear, fresh complexion.
Finally, the Rosemary, Lemon and Bergamot Essential Oils provide an uplifting citrus aroma.

- 100% Australian made
- Botanical ingredients
- Sulphate & paraben free
- Free from synthetic colour or fragrance
- Mineral oil free &
- Cruelty free.

To be honest I would not classify my skin as congested however I enjoy using this mask and feel my skin definitely benefits from it.

Ooh, it sounds like it would smell delicious! I keep forgetting to use masques so I have a Sephora sleeping masque that I apply a couple of times a week instead.
It sounds like such a good mask, and I've never heard of mistletoe in skincare before either! 🙂 Such an interesting ingredient! 🙂
Hope you are having a good week so far 🙂 I've lost my voice so not the best week for me, haha! I'm trying to rest up.
